Daily Before/After School Care

Hours:
6:30-7:50 AM Before School Care;  2:45-5:30 PM After School Care.

Fees are as follows:
Before School only $25.00 per week
After School only $50.00 per week
Before and After School $65.00 per week
 

We offer Before and After School care for those parents who are in need of this service. You must have an application on file to use this service. For information, contact Kim Greer at  704-924-8870 ext. 205 or

Currently, we are full and have a waiting list for all of our Before and After School services. We do not start taking applications for the 2007-2008 school year until Open House on August 20, 2007.
We have enjoyed using the Magic Garden for outside play time in addition to having the playground. -Kim Greer

Chorus
ARS Student Chorus Guidelines

• Rehearsal every Thursday we are in school from 3:05-4:30 at ARMS in their music room
• Water bottles permitted during rehearsals
• Students must be picked up ONLY at Broad Street entrance to ARS-Elementary
• Students receiving two UNEXCUSED absences will be dismissed from the chorus
• PLEASE PICK UP YOUR CHILD NO LATER THAN 4:35 PM
  
  Be sure to notify Ms. Parsons of any changes in your child's pickup routine; (such as "my child will be going to after school care w/Ms. Greer")


MISS PARSONS NEEDS PARENT VOLUNTEERS TO HELP DURING REHEARSALS. PLEASE LET MISS PARSONS KNOW A TIME/DAY WHEN YOU WOULD BE ABLE TO HELP. SHE CANNOT DO CHORUS WITHOUT AT LEAST ONE VOLUNTEER IN THE ROOM.


There will not be chorus rehearsals on rainy days because of the walk to ARMS. This is only in effect on days that it is raining at 2:30 pm.
