Bio
I have been with ARCS since
the fall of 1999 working as an Associate Teacher.
Previous to joining the staff at ARCS, I
worked for Iredell County Social Services as a case worker and then at
Trinity Episcopal Preschool as a Preschool Teacher. I graduated from
Appalachian State University in 1977 with a BA in Sociology and minors in
Psychology and Religion. I live in Statesville with my husband and son.
My
favorite quote comes from my
mother-in-law; like
her, I feel that “everyday is a school
day.”
Working with the
children at ARCS, I try to make sure that
each day is a pleasant and fulfilling educational experience for
each of them.
